Authors of work offer an original way of expansion of the forbidden zone and creations of a semiconducting thin film. In the experiments they formed files of apertures in one- and multilayered  sheets on known technology the lithograph block-sopolimernoj then the processed sheets joined in a design of transistors. Certainly, diameters of apertures and distances between their centres could be changed.
